My download of WeatherBug will not finish.

If you have a box in the center of your screen that says "Preparing Download" and it seems like it won't stop, please follow these directions:

• Close the "preparing Download" box.
• If there is a WeatherBug icon in the lower, right of your screen, please right click on it and select "Terminate or Exit WeatherBug."
• Double click on "My Computer", then double click on C Drive, double click on Program Files, find the AWS Folder and click once to highlight, then delete.

Then go to: www.weatherbug.com and download the newest version of WeatherBug. MAKE SURE firewalls, adblocking, antivirus and similar software programs are set to accept the download.
