What is WeatherBug’s return and exchange policy on merchandise?
WeatherBug offers a full 30 day return and exchange policy on unworn, unwashed and unused merchandise. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any returned defective items for full refund or exchange. Shipping charges will only be refunded if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent was defective.

All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

To initiate your exchange or return request, we will need to receive your packing slip along with your merchandise. If you do not have your packing slip, please include the following with your returned merchandise:

  • Email used to place the order
  • Your first and last name
  • Order number found in the upper right-hand corner of your packing slip
  • Phone number where you can be reached for any additional information
  • Reason for the return/exchange
  • Information needed if the exchange requires a different size or color

What is WeatherBug’s return policy on subscription services?
WeatherBug subscriptions all have a 30 day risk free policy within the first 30 days of any subscription period. The subscriber may request, and will be granted, a refund for the entire WeatherBug Plus subscription fee (includes annual processing and billing fee of $3.75).

*Under no circumstances will refunds be granted for any prior period or for the remainder of the days within the calendar month in which a refund is requested (unless requested in first 30 days of subscription). All refunds will be credited to the original credit card used when subscribing to WeatherBug Plus. To request a refund subscribers should email refund@weatherbugsupport.com and request a refund by including their Name, Address, Phone, Email, and Activation Code.

Refund Returns
WeatherBug will refund unworn, unwashed and unused merchandise within 30 days of the ship date. To return an item for a refund go to http://www.weatherbug.com/storesupport/contactus.asp and notify us. Then simply mail back the merchandise to WeatherBug and include your name and email address used to make the purchase. (All non-apparel merchandise must be returned in its original packaging).

Once we have received your item(s) we will refund you the entire amount of your merchandise purchase. Shipping charges will only be refunded if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent was defective. You will be notified via email once your refund has been credited in the form of the original payment.

Exchanges Returns
To exchange an item go to http://www.weatherbug.com/storesupport/contactus.asp and fill out the form. Then mail back the merchandise to WeatherBug with your name and email address used to make the purchase. (All non-apparel merchandise must be returned in its original packaging)

Once we have received your item(s) we will exchange your merchandise and ship it back to you via the U.S. Postal Service. You will be notified via email once the new merchandise has been shipped. Please expect 7-12 business days to receive your new merchandise.

Shipping

The WeatherBug Store offers two methods of shipping: U.S. Postal Service and UPS Second Day Air

U.S. Postal Service
All orders placed before 5 P.M. EST Monday through Thursday will be shipped the next business day and will arrive within 7-12 business days. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out the following business day.

UPS Second Day Air
All orders placed before 5 P.M. EST Monday through Thursday will be shipped the next business day and will arrive within 2 business days. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out the following business day and will arrive within 2 business days. UPS shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

Back Ordered & Out of Stock Items
Due to product availability, items will sometimes become temporarily unavailable. We will make every effort to replenish out of stock items as quickly as possible. Your credit card will be charged when the items have shipped.

When will my order ship?
In-stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours for orders placed Monday through Thursday. Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following business day.

How are shipping and handling charges determined?
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the weight of the merchandise purchased.

Payment
The WeatherBug Store accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Mastercard
  • American Express

How will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when your merchandise is shipped to you. In the rare case of a back-order, your merchandise will not be charged to your card until it is shipped.

In the case of multiple shipments due to a backorder, all shipping charges will be charged on the first shipment only to help save on excessive shipping costs.

What kind of security procedures are in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information under the company's control?
WeatherBug.com operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary, and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our customers. Secure Socket Layer or SSL encryption is used to transmit sensitive data such as credit card information.
