The amount of pollen in the air for Sunday will be falling but will remain in the high range. This lower level is caused by falling temperatures and expected precipitation in the morning and afternoon which tends to wash pollen out of the air.

By inhaling humid air 42 to 44 degrees Celsius through the nose for 30 minutes, two to three times a week, nasal obstruction can be reduced.
