Flash flood warnings were issued for parts of Sullivan County, New York, on October 26, as a nor’easter storm brought heavy rain to parts of the state.
This footage filmed by Livingston Manor resident Tyler Grubb shows a raging river as sirens wail. “Flash flood warning! It’s different in the mountains,” Grubb wrote in a caption.
Road closures were ordered as a flood warning remained in effect until 6:45 pm on Tuesday for Sullivan County, according to local officials.
