Video: Surf Lashes Bermuda Coast as Hurricane Fiona Moves North

Bermuda’s government urged people to stay off the roads after Hurricane Fiona passed the island on Friday, September 23.
Bermuda’s Hurricane Warning had been downgraded to a Tropical Storm Warning, but heavy rain and gusty winds would continue Friday, according to the Bermuda Weather Service.
The National Hurricane Center said the storm was moving away from Bermuda and had strengthened slightly on its way toward Canada on Friday.
