Additional snow accumulations 3 to 6 inches. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy lake effect snow possible. Potential for 7 inches or more snow accumulation in the most persistent lake snows. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph creating blowing and drifting snow with very poor visibilities. * WHERE...For the advisory, greatest snow accumulations will be found across far southern Jefferson County, southwestern Lewis County and the eastern half of Oswego County.
