For the High Wind Watch, northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 65 mph possible. * WHERE...Box Butte County, Dawes County, Northern Sioux County, and Southern Sioux County. * WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM MST this morning. For the High Wind Watch, from Sunday morning through Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes Saturday morning.
