Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Steese and Elliott Highways. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 PM AKST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...North winds will begin to gust up to 30 mph along the Elliott Highway Thursday afternoon. Strongest winds and blizzard conditions will begin thereafter, especially towards Eagle Summit by Friday morning. Blizzard conditions will likely continue through Saturday evening.
