Localized snow accumulations within lake effect bands of 6 to 12 inches for areas mainly north of Old Forge. * WHERE...Northern Herkimer County. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow.
