Travel will be difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will strengthen through the day today, then peak between 3pm and 7pm. Wind gusts will then temporarily diminish to around 45 to 60 mph this evening. Winds will then strengthen again overnight with a second peak in winds expected late tonight through Friday morning. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches and ice accumulations up to a tenth of an inch. Light to moderate rain.
