Greatest snow accumulation across the northern Chautauqua Ridge, Boston Hills and Buffalo Southtowns. * WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 3 PM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening.
