For the Freeze Warning for a Hard Freeze, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 22 expected. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Alabama and southwest Georgia. * WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 4 AM EST /3 AM CST/ to 10 AM EST /9 AM CST/ Thursday.
