Northeastern Allegheny County in southwestern Pennsylvania... Northwestern Westmoreland County in southwestern Pennsylvania... Western Armstrong County in west central Pennsylvania... Butler County in west central Pennsylvania... Southwestern Clarion County in west central Pennsylvania... Beaver County in western Pennsylvania... Southern Lawrence County in western Pennsylvania... * Until 115 PM EST. * At 1229 PM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located along a line from over Slippery Rock to over Cranberry, or along a line from 7 miles south of Grove City to over Cranberry, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow and gusty winds leading to blowing snow and rapidly falling visibility. Wind gusts greater than 35 mph. SOURCE...Doppler radar and webcams. IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous within minutes. * Locations impacted include...
