Storm total snow accumulations between 5 and 12 inches. Locally higher amounts are possible. Winds gusting as high as 30 to 40 mph will lead to significant blowing and drifting snow. The strongest winds are expected closer to Lake Michigan. Whiteout conditions are possible at times. * WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana and southwest Michigan. * WHEN...Until 1 PM EST /noon CST/ Thursday. * IMPACTS...Slick and snow covered roads are expected.
