Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches for eastern sections of the counties, to 6 to 8 inches along and west of U.S.31. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Mason, Muskegon, and Oceana Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Visibility and road conditions may change rapidly over short distances in lake effect snow.
