Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches, with locally higher amounts near the foothills of the Talkeetna Mountains. Visibility reduced to as low as one half mile at times in heavier snowfall. * WHERE...Lower Matanuska Valley and Southern Susitna Valley. * WHEN...Until 1 PM AKST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates of up to one inch of snow per hour are possible during the morning commute.
