Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches, with locally higher amounts near the foothills of the Talkeetna Mountains. Visibility reduced to as low as one half mile at times in heavier snowfall. * WHERE...Lower Matanuska Valley and Southern Susitna Valley. * WHEN...Until 1 PM AKST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates of up to one inch of snow per hour are possible during the morning commute. The snow will be light and powdery in nature and easily lofted by moving vehicles.
