Frostbite and hypothermia are likely if exposed to these temperatures. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chills of -40 or lower were more widespread this morning than they were yesterday, and were observed in the following places: Bethel, Eek, Kipnuk, and Platinum.
