Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Plumes of blowing dust will create pockets of low visibility. Visibilities will likely change rapidly over short distances, making travel hazardous in these areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...An initial surge of winds is forecast this evening along a cold front with wind gusts of 60-70 mph. A lull in the winds is forecast to occur after this before strong to damaging winds return Friday morning. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
