Saturated soils from recent rains could result in downed trees. Tree branches could be blown down. Isolated to locally widespread power outages are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The peak winds will occur for only 1-3 hours at any given location with gusts of 25-40 mph lasting for another 2-3 hours after. Peak winds will begin in Lane county, moving north into SW Washington through the advisory timeframe. There's a 10% chance of peak wind gusts 60-70 mph through the advisory area. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects such as garbage cans and other objects that can easily blow around. &&
