For the Fire Weather Watch, from Saturday morning through Saturday afternoon. * WINDS...Northwest 35 to 45 mph with gusts around 65 mph today. Northwest winds 20 to 35 mph with gusts around 45 mph Saturday. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 18 percent today, and down as low as 12 percent Saturday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be favorable for rapid fire spread. Avoid outdoor burning and any activity that may produce a spark and start a wildfire. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
