Total snow accumulations between 2 and 6 inches and ice accumulations around two tenths of an inch possible. * WHERE...NW Kenai Peninsula, SW Kenai Peninsula, and Skilak Lake. * WHEN...Until 3 PM AKST Friday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light snow will spread over the Sterling Highway this morning.
