Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. Visibility could drop to a half mile or less at times. * WHERE...Eastern Norton Sound and Nulato Hills, Interior Seward Peninsula, and Southern Seward Peninsula Coast. * WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 4 PM AKST Friday. * IMPACTS...Travel may be difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. * Additional Details... Northeasterly winds increase through Thursday with the strongest gusts expected above 1000 feet and over the Eastern Norton Sound. Snow begins mid-day Thursday and continues through Friday.
