Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Cambria and Somerset Counties. * WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 PM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain will transition to snow this evening and continue through tonight before tapering to snow showers on Thursday. A blustery northwest wind will send temperatures plummeting below the freezing mark overnight into the mid teens by Thursday morning.
