Where snow falls, blowing snow will occur reducing visibilities to less than one mile at times. * WHERE...Portions of northwestern and southwestern South Dakota and northeast Wyoming. * WHEN...Until midnight MST tonight. * IMPACTS...The high winds may blow down large trees and damage roofs, small outbuildings, and signs.
