Locally higher gusts are possible, especially from Buffalo to Wall. * WHERE...Portions of northwestern and southwestern South Dakota and northeast Wyoming. * WHEN...Until midnight MST Friday Night. * IMPACTS...The high winds may blow down large trees and damage roofs, small outbuildings, and signs.
