For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 24 expected. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Florida. * WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, from 9 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Monday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 1 AM to 9 AM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 25 degrees could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
