Southern Mercer County in northwestern Pennsylvania... Southwestern Venango County in northwestern Pennsylvania... Northwestern Armstrong County in west central Pennsylvania... Northern Butler County in west central Pennsylvania... West Central Clarion County in west central Pennsylvania... Northern Lawrence County in western Pennsylvania... * Until 115 PM EST. * At 1210 PM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located over New Castle Northwest, or near New Castle, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow and gusty winds leading to blowing snow and rapidly falling visibility. Wind gusts greater than 35 mph. SOURCE...Doppler radar and webcams. IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous within minutes. * Locations impacted include... New Castle, Grove City, Slippery Rock, New Wilmington, Oakwood, New Castle Northwest, Pulaski, Harrisville, Plain Grove Township, South New Castle, Emlenton, Clintonville, St. Petersburg, West Liberty, Eau Claire, Harlansburg, Kennerdell, Barkeyville, Foxburg and Volant.
