A quick moving weather system will bring a wintry mix of light snow and light freezing rain early this morning before 6 to 8 am. The precipitation will only last 1 to 3 hours at any given location, enough time for spotty icing to accrue on cold, untreated surfaces. Currently, the higher threat for icing lies between the I-90 and I-94 corridors (40 to 60%). Temperatures warm above freezing by late morning.
