Video: Heavy Rain Floods Raleigh Shopping Mall Parking Garage

Shoppers at Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh, North Carolina, were forced to wade to their vehicles after storms and heavy rains on July 16 caused widespread flooding in Wake County. Crabtree Creek reportedly rose to eight feet, causing flooding in the surrounding area. At least one structure fire in the area was caused by lightning strikes.
