Video: Nantucket Freezes Over as Nor'easter Floodwaters Turn to Ice

Nor’easter floodwaters that filled streets and backyards in Nantucket froze overnight, turning the Massachusetts island into an icy landscape on January 30.
A winter storm that impacted the Northeast on Saturday dumped upwards of two feet of snow in parts of the state, and caused extensive flooding in Nantucket, located near Cape Cod. Police on the island shut roads as they became dangerously covered in water. Some intrepid residents took to the streets in boats.
