Video: Custom Car Garage Owner Shows Destruction From Tubbs Fire

The owner of a garage that builds custom cars filmed the aftermath of the destructive Tubbs fire in California's wine country. As of Monday, October 16, the fire has burned through more than 36 thousand acres and was about 70 percent contained. Some evacuation orders have bene lifted.
