Video: Hail Pelts Down in California's Central Valley

Hail pelted down over Stockton, California, as the National Weather Service urged the public to seek shelter on Thursday, April 21.
The National Weather Service issued a special weather statement for the area, warning of half-inch-sized hail and winds of 30 mph.
This video showing the scene in Stockton was posted by Instagram user @gallera21 on Thursday.
A tornado warning was also issued for nearby Valley Springs. The Los Angeles Times said the storm brought significant hail, but no damage was reported.
