Video: Landspout Crosses Interstate In Wyoming's Laramie County

A landspout tornado briefly crossed Interstate 80 in Laramie County, Wyoming, on August 12, the National Weather Service in Cheyenne said.
A landspout tornado is different to a “classic supercell tornado,” the service said, as they are not attached to mesocyclones within storms.
This footage shows a landspout spinning close to buildings under dark, cloudy skies.
