Video: Ouachita River Overflows, Flooding Parts of Arkansas

The Ouachita River, passing through Arkadelphia, Arkansas, breached its banks on Friday, February 23, causing flooding. Water levels rose to around 24.5 feet, bringing the river up to moderate flood stage. The record flood level is 30.3 feet.

Arkadelphia is about 60 miles southwest of Little Rock and is home to over 10,000 people.
