Video: People Canoe Down Flooded Long Beach Street

People canoed down a Long Beach, Calif., street on Sunday, January 22 after heavy rain brought intense flooding to southern California. The National Weather Service had issued a Flash Flood Watch for parts of Los Angeles County due to heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms. People living in burn areas such as Glendora, Duarte, Silverado Canyon in Orange County and parts of Santa Barbara County were ordered to evacuate.
