Video: Rare Tornado Tears Through Manila

On Sunday August 14th, a rare tornado that formed in the Port Area tore through Manila. The ongoing monsoon helped contribute to the formation of the tornado. Officials in the Philippines have confirmed that heavy rain will continue into the middle of the week.
