Video: "Rivers of Hail" Flow Through Downtown Minneapolis

A round of supercell thunderstorms swept across western Wisconsin and southern Minnesota on Thursday, May 19, as the weather service warned of golf ball-sized hail.
Footage taken by Bret Ryan shows what he described as “rivers of hail” in downtown Minneapolis around 3:30 Thursday.
Weather warnings were lifted in the area later Thursday.
