Video: Tornado Rolls into Oregon Coastal Town

An unexpected tornado hit Manzanita, Ore., a small coastal town of about 600 people, on Friday, October 14. A waterspout formed at about 8 a.m. and shortly after came ashore as a tornado that went right through the center of town. The storm downed trees, utility poles and damaged homes as it swept through the community.

Julee Ward, a resident of nearby Nehalem, captured the tornado as it swept in.
