Video: Tornado Touches Down Near Baton Rouge, La.

A tornado touched down near Baton Rouge, La., Friday, with preliminary reports of some damage to businesses and homes. This video shows the funnel cloud as well as a flash of light from a likely transformer explosions or short-circuit.
