Video: Typhoon Lan Swells Tama River in Fuchu, Japan

After Typhoon Lan made landfall overnight, Sunday, October 22 in Japan, the Tama River swelled thanks to the heavy rain and sediment.
Several mudslide warnings and "sediment-related disaster" advisories were distributed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Disaster Management Division.
