Video: Wildfire Burns In Tenerife's Mountains In The Canary Islands

Authorities said the wildfire on the island of Tenerife in Spain’s Canary Islands remained out of control as of August 17.
According to the Canary Islands government, the wildfire covered a surface area of 3,273 hectares and a perimeter of 40 kilometers as of Thursday. The government said at least 17 aircraft and more than 370 troops were working to contain the fire. More than 3,000 people had been evacuated, authorities said.
