Clallam-Grays Harbor-Island-Jefferson-King-Kitsap-Lewis-Mason- Pierce-San Juan-Skagit-Snohomish-Thurston-Whatcom- Including Friday Harbor, Seattle, Anacortes, Tacoma, Mount Vernon, Shelton, Burlington, Tumwater, Everett, Lynnwood, Aberdeen, Chehalis, Langley, Sedro-Woolley, Freeland, Silverdale, Marysville, Bellingham, Lacey, Olympia, Fords Prairie, Bremerton, Edmonds, Sequim, Hoquiam, and Port Townsend 410 PM PST Fri Dec 5 2025 ...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Washington, including the following counties, in northwest Washington, Clallam, Grays Harbor, Island, Jefferson, Kitsap, Mason, San Juan, Skagit and Whatcom. In west central Washington, King, Lewis, Pierce, Snohomish and Thurston. * WHEN...From late Sunday night through Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An atmospheric river moving into the region early next week will bring periods moderate to heavy rain to the region.
