For the High Wind Warning, northeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 60 mph. * WHERE...City and Borough of Juneau. For the High Wind Warning, mainly near Downtown Juneau and Douglas. * WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, until noon AKST Tuesday. For the High Wind Warning, until 9 AM AKST Monday. * IMPACTS...High winds will blow around unsecured objects and may damage property and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult. Frostbite and hypothermia are likely if exposed to these temperatures.
