The strongest gusts are likely along and north of I-80. * WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas and central, east central, and south central Nebraska. * WHEN...From 6 AM to 6 PM CST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Very strong winds could cause damage to trees. Localized power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles along east to west oriented roads.
