WINDS West to northwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph Tuesday afternoon and evening increasing to 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph Wednesday afternoon and evening. Winds will decrease in the overnight period between Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning. RELATIVE HUMIDITY Generally 8 to 12 percent, with poor overnight recoveries Tuesday night 15 to 25 percent.
