-# HEADLINE -------------------- RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING TO 9 PM MDT THIS EVENING # SUMMARY -------------------- The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 10 AM this morning to 9 PM MDT this evening. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. # DETAILS -------------------- AFFECTED AREA Fire weather zones 417, 418, 419, 430, 431, 432, 433, 436, and 437. WIND Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. Localized gusts up to 60 mph are possible. Winds will become more westerly in the late afternoon and evening hours as they gradually weaken. HUMIDITY Between 10 and 20 percent. The lowest humidity is expected south of the North Platte River. IMPACTS any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
