Total snow accumulations between 4 and 7 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Eastern Preston and Eastern Tucker Counties. * WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 10 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
