Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. Additional Details: Gusty winds that reach the valley floor may produce brief periods of reduced visibility due to blowing snow. These will be most likely above 1000 feet and along channels and valleys open to the northeast. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use caution while traveling outside.
