At 917 PM EST, heavy snow was reported along a line extending from near Craftsbury to near West Haven. Movement was southeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Visibility less than a quarter mile, and snow accumulation up to 1 inch per hour.

IMPACT...Very low visibility will pose a hazard to motorists. Accumulating snow will make travel difficult.
Locations impacted include... Barre, Rutland, Chester, Montpelier, Island Pond, Lyndon, St. Johnsbury, Woodstock, Middlebury, Newport City, Vergennes, Morrisville, Orleans, Derby Center, Charleston, Braintree Hill, Killington, Glover, Waterbury Village, and Websterville.
This includes the following highways... Interstate 89 between mile markers 1 and 76. Interstate 91 between mile markers 39 and 65, between mile markers 69 and 78, between mile markers 84 and 91, between mile markers 94 and 116, near mile marker 118, and between mile markers 120 and 177. Interstate 93 between mile markers 2 and 11.
