Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest winds will gust within the south to southwesterly flow through this morning across the higher elevations. Isolated gusts of 55 to nearly 60 mph are possible in portions of the Eastern Catskills and Helderbergs. All areas will see widespread gusty westerly winds this afternoon through late this evening.
